By using Dreamtime Stories or braingeniuskids.com, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the services.
Brain Genius Kids provides an educational mobile app and website, with free and Premium content.
Parent-managed access
Account-linked and Premium features may require a parent account. You must be at least 18 to create one and are responsible for protecting its credentials.
Billing, trials, cancellations, and refunds
- Premium subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play.
- Prices, billing periods, and introductory offers are shown before purchase and may vary by product or region.
- Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Google Play account settings.
- Refunds follow Google Play policies.
Ownership of stories, art, music, and narration
Content in the app is owned by Brain Genius Kids or licensed to us. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without permission.
What is not allowed
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code.
- Using the services for unlawful purposes.
- Creating child accounts without parental consent.
- Sharing subscription access outside your household.
Service limits
Dreamtime Stories is an educational tool, not a substitute for professional instruction. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Services are provided as is, without warranties to the extent allowed by law.
Brain Genius Kids is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services, to the extent allowed by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the current version. When appropriate, registered users may also be notified in the product or by email.
