Delete Account

If you use Dreamtime Stories and want to delete your account, you can do it directly in the app or request help from our team on this page.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Dreamtime Stories.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the Account tab.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

This removes your Dreamtime Stories account from our backend and signs you out on the device. If you started a Premium subscription in Google Play, cancel it there as well so it does not renew after the account is deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@braingeniuskids.com from the address linked to your account and use the subject line Delete my Dreamtime account.

What gets deleted

• Parent account credentials and account profile data
• Synced story progress and favorites linked to the account
• Associated account-access records needed to operate the app account

What may remain outside the app account

• Google Play billing records that Google keeps for payment and compliance purposes
• Support emails you previously sent to us
• Records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or tax obligations
