How to request deletion
If you use Dreamtime Stories and want to delete your account, request deletion from our team by email. This public page is available without app access.
Request deletion by email
- Email contact@braingeniuskids.com.
- Send the request from the email address linked to your Dreamtime account.
- Use the subject line Delete my Dreamtime account.
- Our team will process the request and confirm completion.
Dreamtime Stories does not delete accounts directly inside the app. If you started a Premium subscription in Google Play, cancel it there as well so it does not renew after deletion is processed.
You can request deletion without the app
You do not need app access to request deletion. If you cannot use the email address linked to your account, contact us anyway and include enough account details for us to verify the request.
What gets deleted
- Parent account credentials and account profile data.
- Synced story progress and favorites linked to the account.
- Associated account-access records needed to operate the app account.
- Raw Dreamtime analytics events still linked to the authenticated account identifier.
What can stay outside the app account
- Google Play billing records that Google keeps for payment and compliance purposes.
- Aggregate analytics rollups that no longer identify the account directly.
- Support emails you previously sent to us.
- Records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or tax obligations.
