Request account deletion
for Dreamtime Stories,
step by step.

You can request deletion by email without access to the app.

Dreamtime Stories does not delete accounts directly inside the app. Cancel any Premium subscription separately in Google Play so it does not renew.

1. Email contact@braingeniuskids.com.
2. Send the request from the address linked to your Dreamtime account.
3. Use the subject line “Delete my Dreamtime account”.
4. Our team will process the request and confirm completion.

If you cannot use the email address linked to the account, contact us and include enough account information for us to verify the request.

• Parent account credentials and profile data.
• Synced story progress and favorites.
• Account-access records needed to operate the app account.
• Raw Dreamtime analytics events still linked to the authenticated account identifier.

• Google Play billing records retained by Google.
• Aggregate analytics that no longer identify the account directly.
• Support emails previously sent to us.
• Records required for legal, fraud-prevention, or tax obligations.
